This is a full time position ending on October 1, 2010. The gallery hours are from 11-7 daily. The position requires someone with knowledge of Art, Art History, Mac programs and certainly computer proficiency. The job requires someone who is responsible and knows how to deal with the public. A background working with Artists is certainly helpful but not necessary, as long as they possess people skills and an ability to quickly learn procedures. General office work is assumed, letter writing, mailings, computer work, organizational skills are a must. The salary is negotiable for the right candidate. Feature length film project looking for beautiful women to act in a post-apocalyptic comedy. You will be members of the LGBTQ Army formally known as the Amazons. Think Raquel Welch in "One Million Years B.C." All are welcome to apply, genetic women and transwomen alike. This is not a chauvinist film this is a clever satire. You and your forces will fight and defeat the misogynistic forces of heaven in an epic battle for control of the Earth. The Amazons will win out in the end and Earth will be ruled by beauty. We will be shooting at a green screen warehouse in Stamford, CT on September 4th from 8am till 5pm. We can comp transportation and we will be providing you with breakfast and lunch sponsored by a local catering service. Since we are on a tight budget, this should be considered a resume building experience for exposure. We will be screening this film at many venues and you will receive credit on IMDB.
