The video will be centered on Nicole, a young girl who is left behind at a theater after viewing a play. As her parents drive away, she is coaxed into staying by the two band mates, Miles and Michelle. Nicole is led through several outdoor locations running into a series of mystical Steam Punk stylized characters. The final stop on her journey is an ornate outdoor stage where the band performs while the co-stars rejoice and perform daring feats. As the song ends, Nicole is seen sleeping the back of her parent?s car.

WHAT IS THE FILM?
The project is currently referred to as "ES1" for confidentiality reasons. It is a full feature Family Action/Adventure scheduled to begin principal photography this year with an anticipated rating of G to PG. The estimated running time will be about 100 minutes. We are trying very hard for a Spring 2011 Release, but this cannot be guaranteed.
The film is the first of a trilogy. We are currently negotiating to shoot all 3 films sequentially.
IS IT A SAG SHOOT?
This is a union shoot at the FULL SAG rates ($2808 per week). The rate is negotiable for more experienced or marketable talent.
DO I HAVE TO BE A SAG MEMBER TO AUDITION?
No. You do not have to be SAG to audition. Be aware, however; that since it is a union shoot, we must give preference to SAG members. At the same time, if we find someone who is best suited to the position, we will choose them, regardless of union affiliation. If you are non-union, however; we will require you to join SAG as soon as you become eligible. There are fees involved, but we will deduct the fees from your pay in even increments so you will NOT have to pay any money upfront yourselves.
WHAT ARE YOU LOOKING FOR?
Right now, we are searching nationally for the primary five principal roles in the film. The Director is looking for VERY specific looks and personality, and has requested to hand pick these five talent. The detailed information is listed below, but the five roles range from 8 to 14 years old, male and female, and assorted nationality opportunities. The Director has commented that he wants "kid next door" types.
HOW CAN I AUDITION?
In order to save everybody's time and travel expense, photos and basic information will be pre-screened for compatibility with the Director's vision first, and then video auditions for those selected, in order to pre-screen for personality, skill, and ability.
Photos are first submitted with basic information AS OUTLINED BELOW. If accepted, you will be asked for one or two video auditions that can be sent via email or placed on DVD or a thumb drive and mailed in (thumb drives are encouraged over DVDs and will be returned).
Live auditions after these initial auditions will have travel and lodging paid for by the casting company.
WHO CAN SUBMIT FOR AUDITIONS?
Anyone can submit, but please ONLY what we are looking for at this time. We have thousands of emails coming in, and those not according to the instructions and/or not what we requested are generally deleted.
WHAT IS THE PROCESS TO AUDITION?
First, you will need to send an email as mentioned below. PLEASE NOTE that we have a VERY specific process, so if you do not send the email according to the guidelines below, your submission will probably be lost or deleted.
If you receive an acceptance email, you will be required to fill out two forms: One is an audition application; the other is a Non-Disclosure Agreement. The forms will be required to be signed by a legal parent or guardian. The forms may be scanned and returned via email, or physically mailed to the Director at an address provided at that time.
Once these have been returned, you will receive another email that will require a legal parent or guardian "digital signature" (type your name with "I agree"), agreeing to NOT post any video auditions online or in your demo reels. It will not matter if the posting is "private" or not, you will NOT be able to do it. This is for both legal and confidentiality reasons.
Once this email is returned, the sides (script portions) will be sent with very specific instructions as to how to submit the video audition to the Director.
Those who are chosen to audition LIVE, will be offered travel and lodging at the casting company's expense to the casting location, which is currently in the general NY area.
