Load-in time would be 6:00pm, the taping will start at 7:00pm. The taping will take place at the NMTV studios in Blaine, MN. The show will be played on cable channel 15 in Blaine, Lino Lakes, Ham Lake, Spring Lake Park, Centerville, Circle Pines, and Lexington it will also be available online at www.northmetrotv.com. For this episode of Inside Entertainment we are looking for a very specific type of music. This will be our annual Academy Awards special, the host of the show will be dressed in formal wear. We are looking for a band that will fit the mood and feel of this episode perhaps jazz or something similar. If you feel your band would be what we are looking for please respond. The band will also need to wear professional looking clothes. While this is an unpaid gig you will receive a DVD copy of the show, exposure on our channel, and on our website. They say if you have time to complain you have time to change, so starting on Mondays nights, we'll be playing the NEW Aiport International Lounge right there on the main road, south of Walmart. There are 2 of us now, A singer and acoustic rythym player, and the best darn lead player you have ever played with. What were are looking for is a bass player and drummer, and if you song harmonies all the better. You need be able to step in and play from the jump. We are a cover band, but not in the classis "Cover" band sense. We love Steve Earle, Cross Canadian Ragweed, Randy Rogers, Old country, Austin Country, Oaklahoma country and anything that is NOT tired and old. So, since we're NOT going to be playing anything tired and old, that would mean things like NO Nirvana, Smoke on the Water, Cocaine, Stairway to Heaven, Brown Eyed Girl, Margaritaville, Red Rooster, and anything else that has been over played and worn out. They say if you have time to complain you have time to change, so starting on Mondays nights, we'll be playing the NEW Aiport International Lounge right there on the main road, south of Walmart. There are 2 of us now, A singer and acoustic rythym player, and the best darn lead player you have ever played with. What were are looking for is a bass player and drummer, and if you song harmonies all the better. You need be able to step in and play from the jump. We are a cover band, but not in the classis "Cover" band sense. We love Steve Earle, Cross Canadian Ragweed, Randy Rogers, Old country, Austin Country, Oaklahoma country and anything that is NOT tired and old. So, since we're NOT going to be playing anything tired and old, that would mean things like NO Nirvana, Smoke on the Water, Cocaine, Stairway to Heaven, Brown Eyed Girl, Margaritaville, Red Rooster, and anything else that has been over played and worn out. We have a country feel, but will play anyhting including some blues, rock, southern rock, alt rock, bluegrass and maybe even a polka or 2. OK maybe NOT a polka. We're going to play on MOnday nights from 9-1. There is NO cash in this gig, but we will use this night as a live rehersal, as we are wanting to play weekends for paid gigs. -- Project Type: 1
